Our security team

NariYume is built and operated by Koro Interactive. Security is handled in-house by our own engineering team, which reviews every release before it ships and regularly tests our own systems.

Report a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in NariYume, email [email protected] with the subject “Security report”. Please include the steps to reproduce it and what you believe the impact is. We aim to acknowledge reports within a few days and will keep you updated while we investigate.

Good-faith research

We welcome good-faith security research on NariYume. When testing, please:

only use accounts you own or have permission to use;
never access, change or keep other people’s data — stop and report as soon as you see any;
avoid anything that degrades the service for others, such as denial-of-service or spam;
give us reasonable time to fix an issue before sharing it publicly.

We will not pursue action against research that follows these guidelines.

How we protect your account

All traffic to NariYume is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Email sign-ups must verify their address before chatting, and disposable email addresses are not accepted.
You can delete your account and its data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
