Data Usage Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This page explains how NariYume uses limited data with the advertising and social media platforms we use to promote NariYume (“advertising partners”). It supplements section 2.4 of our Privacy Policy, which governs if anything here is unclear.

1. What we share

When advertising measurement is enabled, we may share with advertising partners:

We never share your conversations, voice recordings, memories, or your plain-text email address with advertising partners, and we do not build audiences from your conversations.

2. Why

Partners use this data to measure our advertising, improve which people see our ads, and build or exclude audiences, including audiences of similar people. We receive campaign reports from them.

3. Where it applies

Advertising measurement is enabled by default, including before you sign in, subject to opt-out and Global Privacy Control, except in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar and the Crown Dependencies), Switzerland and Quebec. There, it is enabled only after you choose to allow advertising.

4. Your choices

Advertising is optional and refusing it does not restrict app access. Use Your Privacy Choices (also in Settings and the site footer) and select Essential only to opt out. Opting out stops our future advertising data sharing, removes advertising scripts and clears known advertising cookies; audience lists are updated on the next refresh. Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out.
